What sets this cover apart

Loungers are bulky and often adjustable - an off-the-shelf sunbed cover rarely fits over a reclining back and wheels. We sew every cover individually to your measurements.

We cut the cover so it sits cleanly over the backrest, wheels and armrests as well.

Reinforced seams

Double-sewn hems keep the lounger dry even in prolonged rain.

Secure fastening

Tension straps with click buckles plus a drawcord in the hem hold the cover close to the lounger in wind - instead of elastic that goes slack or single eyelets that tear out.

Fabric & properties

A good lounger cover has to keep rain out and still be ventilated, so that no condensation forms. We do not solve this with a breathable fabric but through the construction: we sew from Cover-PVC, a vapour-tight, PVC-coated polyester fabric with a 4,000 mm water column - so it really is waterproof. Ventilation comes from at least two concealed vents under flaps and fabric folds, plus a defined ground clearance of at least 5 cm, so moisture escapes without letting rain in.

What matters is the combination of waterproofing and ventilation. We sew from Cover-PVC, a vapour-tight, PVC-coated polyester fabric with a 4,000 mm water column - it really is waterproof. To stop condensation forming underneath, ventilation comes from the construction: at least two concealed vents and a defined ground clearance of at least 5 cm keep the air moving so moisture escapes. The fabric is also UV-stable, lightfast (grade 7-8), abrasion-resistant (60,000 Martindale cycles) and tested to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
