Opaque Outdoor Curtains for Perfect Sun Protection
Looking for a solution to protect your balcony from prying eyes and sun? Then our balcony curtain is exactly the right product that meets your requirements.
Our Agora fabric for balcony curtains is 126 in / 320 cm wide, meaning no intermediate seams are needed for heights up to 110 in / 280 cm!
Since the fabrics have UV protection of UPF 50+, our curtains provide perfect sun protection for your balcony or terrace.
Transparent Balcony Curtain for a Cozy Atmosphere
The Agora fabric for semi-transparent balcony curtains is 118 in / 300 cm wide, so no intermediate seams are needed for heights up to 110 in / 280 cm! All other features and processing are the same as our opaque curtains. The difference lies in the fabric. The transparent fabric is thinner and more air-permeable.
You can choose the balcony curtains in either a taut or wavy variation, according to preference.
Mounting Options for Balcony Curtains
We offer two possible variations here:
With this type of mounting, the appropriate number of accessories is included with your order:
- Steel cable
- 1 x cable tensioner
- 2 x cable locks
- Eye bolts with wood or metric thread
The selected rail is sectioned by us (maximum length: 51 in / 130 cm). You can choose either ceiling mounting or wall mounting as the installation method.
For curtain attachment, you can get rollers with clamps or swivel eyelets with optional stainless steel carabiners.
Processing of Balcony Outdoor Curtains
We offer many different options for hemming the balcony curtains. Depending on the mounting type, for the top hem you can choose: Stainless steel eyelets every 4 in / 10 cm or 8 in / 20 cm (0.4' / 11 mm inner diameter), gathering tape (4 in / 10 cm wide in white), loops (2.5 in / 7 cm high and attached every 8 in / 20 cm), tunnel for curtain rod up to 1.2 in / 30 mm.
For the bottom hem, these options are available: 2 in / 5 cm hemmed, hemmed with lead tape (70 g - 85 g), hemmed with lead tape and corner eyelets.
For left and right hems, we have the following variants: 1.5 / 3,5 cm hemmed, stainless steel eyelets every 20 in / 50 cm, or hidden waterproof magnets (every 12 in / 30 cm).
Additionally, you can get a tie-back, so you can gather the outdoor curtains when drawn back against a post. The tie-back is 28 in / 70 cm long and 2 in / 5 cm wide with an eyelet punched at each end. It is sewn from the same fabric as the curtain itself.

Care Instructions for Outdoor Curtains
Care for Outdoor Curtains made from Dralon:
- Remove curtain hanging utensils (carabiners, rollers etc.)
- The curtains can be washed without problems with lead tape
- Remove the waterproof magnets from the side seams
- Wash the curtains at 40°C on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, please use regular laundry detergent
- Soak heavily soiled curtains briefly
- Hang up the curtains directly after washing in a damp state - this way the curtain retains its shape
- Avoid dryer (if necessary - only use at low temperature)
- Fabric is ironable at 150°C
