Custom work begins with precision

To get the perfect shape for your cushions, you need to measure your garden furniture. For this, you only need a folding rule or a tape measure. Most of the time, we only need the width, depth, or height of your leisure furniture. However, we have written measurement instructions as a guide, which you can easily read here.

For our cushion covers, we offer various fastening options:

Tie loops:

We sew tie loops into the corners of the cushions, each 40 cm long. You can then tie these around the struts of your benches, for example.

Velcro loops: The same applies to Velcro loops. These are also sewn into the corners and you can easily attach these around the frame of your garden chairs, for example.

Sewn-in Velcro:

We offer the option of sewing a 10 cm wide Velcro fastener (with the soft side) onto the cover. This gives you the option of attaching the other side of the Velcro fastener to your piece of furniture. You can then simply place your cushion at this prepared position, and it will be held securely.

The role of the right filling for ultimate comfort

For our cushions, we use two different types of foam:

Gray foam with a density of RG-35/40

For the seat, we use a firmer foam, which is perfect for cushion pads. This foam is coated with a thermo-fleece layer.

White foam with a density of RG-19/30

For the back cushions, we use a slightly softer foam; this foam core is also wrapped with a thermo-fleece layer.

Mixed flakes from leftover foam:

We go beyond traditional boundaries to provide not only unparalleled comfort but also sustainability. An example of this is our innovative use of foam leftovers that would normally be thrown away. We shred these remnants with a special machine and turn them into high-quality foam flakes, which serve as filling for our Flop cushions.

The foam flakes are filled into pre-sewn fleece bags; this not only allows for easy handling but also trouble-free care. If you want to clean or replace the cover of your Flop cushion, you can easily do so without having to touch the flakes. The bag keeps the flakes securely in place while you can remove and wash the cover.
