Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free.
The costs for bulky goods shipping vary depending on the product and delivery address.
Shipping costs abroad can be requested from us in advance.
Shipping costs for dealers and resellers are free from a net order value of €150.00.

Delivery Times

Our logistics partners deliver the ordered goods within 1-3 working days. This also applies on Saturdays. 
For deliveries to German islands, the delivery date may be delayed, so that in rare cases the scheduled date cannot be exactly met. Please consider this when ordering.

Products made to measure are shipped within approximately 10 working days. Depending on the season (in season from April - August), the delivery time may vary slightly.

Orders from EU countries

The delivery time for overseas orders varies depending on the destination country.
The delivery is made by Deutsche Post / DHL.

Delivery Process

In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service employee will leave a notification in your mailbox when to expect a redelivery or where the package can be picked up.
If you already know in advance that you will not be able to personally receive the delivery, the goods can also be delivered to your neighbor, for example. Please inform the delivery service employee about this with a clearly readable message.

If we are aware of any delivery delays in advance, we will inform you immediately.

Pack Stations

Packages sent to a pack station must not exceed a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm. Please consider this when placing your order.

Delivery Address

You can easily enter a different delivery address when ordering.

Please note that if your delivery cannot be delivered properly due to a wrongly specified delivery address, we are forced to charge you the shipping costs again.
