General Care Instructions for 5mm Corduroy
These care instructions apply to the following fabrics:
Corduroy 5mm
 | WashingDo not wash in the washing machine! Stains and dirt can be removed with a damp cloth or sponge and water only. For heavier soiling, use a mild, neutral soap if necessary and rinse again with clear water. |
 | BleachingDo not bleach! The use of bleaching agents or chlorine-based cleaning agents is not permitted as they damage the special coating. |
 | IroningUsually not necessary. If desired, iron carefully at a low temperature – always use a cloth between the fabric and the iron to avoid shiny spots or damage to the water-repellent layer. |
 | No dry cleaningDo not dry clean! The water-repellent coating on the fabric cannot withstand chemical cleaning processes. |
 | DryingDo not tumble dry. Simply allow to air dry – ideally laid flat and protected from direct sunlight to prevent deformation and color loss. |
