Flex Print Guide
In flex printing, a special film is mechanically cut out with a cutting plotter, weeded and transferred hot and under high pressure to the textiles with a professional printing machine.
Flex prints have high opacity and long durability. They are particularly suitable for leisure and work clothing (sports jerseys, vests, T-shirts, etc.).
Usable materials include cotton textiles, softshell, and unconventional materials.
A graphic file in vector format is required for flex printing. If you do not have this, we are happy to create the graphic for you.
We use a professional printing machine with a patented silicone printing plate. This process delivers excellent print quality, as the pressure is applied equally high in every unevenness.
