What are our quilted bench cushions appreciated for?
Our quilted bench cushions are filled with foam flakes which makes them very soft and comfortable.
As every quilted bench cushion is custom-made, you can turn practically any bench or garden seat into a cozy sofa and enjoy your time in the garden.
Once you try them, you can’t imagine your benches without our quilted bench cushions.
It's all about the filling:
The filling for all our quilted bench cushions is made of foam flakes. These are pressed into a casing made from thermal fleece.
Such a filling makes our quilted bench cushions soft, warm, and very comfortable.
The combination of thermal fleece and foam allows you to use our bench cushions even on colder days. No matter which kind of bench you have - wooden, iron, or concrete - you will be comfortable, soft, and warm.
The filling consists of:
- For cushions with thickness up to 6 cm (about 2.36 inches) - 4 cm (about 1.57 inches) of foam RG-19/30 encased in thermal fleece
- For cushions with a thickness of 8 cm (about 3.15 inches) or more - a fleece casing filled with foam flakes
Covers made for everyday use despite their exclusivity:
Although the covers on a quilted cushion are not removable, our quilted bench cushions are well equipped for everyday use as they are made from an outdoor fabric "Dralon".
The fabric is treated with a stain guard (thanks to the Teflon coating) which makes it dirt and water-repellent.
Accidentally spilled liquids, such as beer, juice, or water do not penetrate the fabric immediately and can easily be wiped away.
Should the quilted bench cushions become more heavily soiled (e.g., with ketchup or similar), this is not a problem - the quilted bench cushions with filling can be washed in the washing machine at 86°F (30°C).
Our covers are processed like this:
- The covers are sewn shut, and thus are not removable
- The quiltings are securely stitched
- Ties at the back corners, as desired
Filling with Foam Flakes
The filling consists of foam flakes from our own production, which are captured in a thermo fleece cover. The foam flakes are obtained from cutting remnants of the upholstery production in a shredder. This results in virtually no foam waste, which benefits the environment.
The inlay can be removed from the cover, allowing the covers to be cleaned separately from the filling.

Dralon - Premium Outdoor Fabric
Thanks to its excellent properties, Dralon fabrics are used in many areas (indoors and outdoors, sportswear and workwear, fashion industry, baby and children's clothes, etc.).
Indoors, the fabric is used for blankets, furniture, upholstery and curtains, as well as carpets and table linen.
Outdoors, Dralon fabrics particularly show off their advantages. Brilliant colors, easy care, UV resistance and a pleasant feel comparable to cotton fabric. At the same time, Dralon fabric is very durable and long-lasting. Dralon® is well equipped against mold and bacterial attack.
The fabric exhibits the following properties:

Despite the Teflon coating (stain protection), the Dralon fabric is breathable - in the upholstery area, this prevents sweating and in the sun protection area, it prevents the formation of condensation and therefore mold.

Care Instructions
Care for removable covers:
- Remove the inner part and close the zipper
- Wash the cover at 40°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, please use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Put the covers back on immediately after washing while they are still damp - this way the pad retains its shape
- Use dryer only at low temperature
- Fabric can be ironed at 150°C
Care for quilted cushions:
- Wash the pad at 30°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, only use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Do not use a dryer
