Prepayment

When placing an order with prepayment, you will receive a confirmation email after completing the order. This email will contain our bank details. Please use the specified purpose of use for the transfer to avoid issues with allocation, which could lead to delays. If you have placed your order via phone or email, you will receive the invoice and order confirmation in a PDF format via email, where you will also find our bank details. Please note that a bank transfer within Germany can take up to three business days depending on the bank processing time.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, quickly, and conveniently.

Secure: Your bank or credit card information is not transmitted over the internet during payment, as it is only known to PayPal.

Fast: PayPal payments reach us in seconds, allowing us to start processing your order immediately, resulting in faster delivery.

Convenient: You can pay with just two clicks directly through PayPal. PayPal handles the deduction from your linked bank account or credit card.

How does PayPal work?

Using PayPal is easy: Sign up and start right away:

Open a PayPal account at www.paypal.com/signup.

Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.

And you're ready to pay with PayPal.

Using PayPal in the shop is straightforward. Select PayPal as the payment method during the checkout process. In the second-to-last step of the checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to complete your payment. After successful payment, PayPal will redirect you back to our shop to finalize the order.

Klarna

With Klarna, you can conveniently pay for your purchases on account. This means you receive the goods first and pay later. Typically, you have 14 to 30 days to settle the invoice after receiving the goods. Shopping with Klarna is easy and secure. When you choose Klarna Invoice as the payment option, you only need to provide a few details like your name, email address, and address. After that, complete the purchase, and the goods will be delivered to you by mail. You will receive the invoice separately via email directly from Klarna. To pay your Klarna Invoice, you can do so conveniently in your Klarna account or make a bank transfer to the bank account specified on the Klarna invoice.

Klarna Instant Bank Transfer Klarna Instant Bank Transfer allows you to pay for your order directly from your bank account without needing to log in to your online banking. It's a secure method as Klarna encrypts your data and doesn't share it with us. The advantage of Klarna Instant Bank Transfer is that your payment is confirmed immediately, so we as the manufacturer don't have to wait for the money to arrive before shipping the goods. It's a practical option that speeds up the process. When you choose Klarna Instant Bank Transfer as the payment method, log in to your online banking through Klarna. Klarna will pre-fill the required information such as the recipient, invoice amount, and subject. You only need to confirm the transaction, and the payment will be directly debited from your account.

Credit Card Payment

With a credit card, you can make cashless payments easily and quickly worldwide. When paying with a credit card, you authorize the purchase amount, and the payment is deducted from your credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostePay, and Cartes Bancaires. Each credit card may have slightly different procedures, but the basic process of credit card payment remains similar.
