Custom-Size Quilted Pallet Seat Cushions

Beautiful custom-size pallet seat cushions in various designs (solid, checked, and striped) and many colors.
You can select any size and many thickness options when ordering.
The quilting can be done either with upholstery buttons or with thread.
The pallet seat cushions can be equipped with tie straps.

Stain-Resistant Covers for Pallet Seat Cushions

The covers of the quilted pallet seat cushions are not removable, as the quilting is either sewn in place or fixed with upholstery buttons.
Nevertheless, they are very well suited for everyday use, as the fabric used is an outdoor Dralon.
The fabric is dirt and water repellent and offers protection against stains with its Teflon coating - spilled liquids do not immediately penetrate the fabric and can be wiped off easily.

Optimal Filling for Quilted Pallet Seat Cushions

The filling for quilted pallet seat cushions varies depending on the thickness:

Either foam flakes, which are pressed into a cover made of thermal fleece.
Or a foam core cut from foam sheeting wrapped with thermal fleece.

The filling of pallet seat cushion consists of:

For a thickness up to 6 cm (approximately 2.36 inches) – 4 cm (approximately 1.57 inches) foam RG-19/30 wrapped with thermal fleece
For a thickness of 8 cm (approximately 3.15 inches) or more – fleece cover filled with foam flakes

With foam flakes, it is impossible to maintain the exact shape of the quilted pallet seat cushion. Therefore, please note that the actual dimensions may vary slightly from the ordered dimensions (especially the thickness, which may appear slightly larger at the curves).

Filling with Foam Flakes

The filling consists of foam flakes from our own production, which are captured in a thermo fleece cover. The foam flakes are obtained from cutting remnants of the upholstery production in a shredder. This results in virtually no foam waste, which benefits the environment.

The inlay can be removed from the cover, allowing the covers to be cleaned separately from the filling.

Dralon - Premium Outdoor Fabric

Thanks to its excellent properties, Dralon fabrics are used in many areas (indoors and outdoors, sportswear and workwear, fashion industry, baby and children's clothes, etc.).

Indoors, the fabric is used for blankets, furniture, upholstery and curtains, as well as carpets and table linen.

Outdoors, Dralon fabrics particularly show off their advantages. Brilliant colors, easy care, UV resistance and a pleasant feel comparable to cotton fabric. At the same time, Dralon fabric is very durable and long-lasting. Dralon® is well equipped against mold and bacterial attack.

The fabric exhibits the following properties:

Despite the Teflon coating (stain protection), the Dralon fabric is breathable - in the upholstery area, this prevents sweating and in the sun protection area, it prevents the formation of condensation and therefore mold.

Care Instructions

Care for removable covers:

Remove the inner part and close the zipper
Wash the cover at 40°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
Do not bleach, please use commercial detergent
Soak heavily soiled items briefly
Put the covers back on immediately after washing while they are still damp - this way the pad retains its shape
Use dryer only at low temperature
Fabric can be ironed at 150°C

Care for quilted cushions:

Wash the pad at 30°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
Do not bleach, only use commercial detergent
Soak heavily soiled items briefly
Do not use a dryer

	Max. washing temperature - 40 °C. Only fill the washing machine halfway. Set to easy-care wash program. Do not spin or only spin briefly.
	Do not bleach. Only use bleach-free detergents (e.g., color detergent). Use stain removers with caution and only apply to concealed areas.
	Iron at medium setting. Maximum ironing temperature - 150 °C. Iron with a damp cloth or with steam. Avoid heavy pressing and distortions.
	No dry / chemical cleaning. Do not use solvents. Do not use solvent-based cleaners for stain removal.
	Gentle drying. Use dryer with caution. Set the appropriate program for gentle drying. Max. temperature 60 °C.
