Lightfastness is divided into 8 levels and is regulated by the DIN standard (DIN EN ISO 105-B02). The values of the lightfastness scale (blue scale) are summarized on a wool scale. The resistance duration of each lightfastness level varies, with 8 standing for "excellent" and 1 for "very low". It's important to emphasize that all fabrics will lose color intensity over time under sunlight exposure. However, these specifications do not necessarily mean that the color has faded after this period. Rather, they indicate that a noticeable change compared to the original color may have occurred.
