Why do our Quilted Bench Back Cushions Come Highly Recommended?

Our quilted bench back cushions are filled with foam flakes. They're incredibly soft and comfortable.
You can turn nearly any seating or garden bench into a cozy couch with our custom-sized quilted bench back cushions.
Once tried, you won't be able to imagine your benches without our quilted bench back cushions.

It's All About the Filling:

The filling of all our quilted back cushions consists of foam flakes enclosed in a thermally bonded non-woven fabric cover.
This kind of filling makes our quilted bench back cushions soft, warm, and very comfortable.
The combination of thermal non-woven fabric and foam allows you to use our bench back cushions even on colder days. Whether you have a wooden, iron, or concrete bench, you will find it cozy, soft, and warm.

The Filling Comprises:

For thickness up to 6 cm (about 2.36 inches) - 4 cm (about 1.57 inches) of RG-19/30 foam covered with thermal non-woven fabric
For thickness from 8 cm (about 3.15 inches) - non-woven fabric cover filled with foam flakes

Covers That Are Exclusive Yet Made for Everyday Use:

Even though the covers on a quilted cushion aren't removable, our quilted bench cushions are well-equipped for everyday use, since they're made from the outdoor fabric "Dralon."
The fabric is treated with a stain guard (thanks to Teflon coating) making it dirt- and water-repellent.
Accidental spills, such as beer, juice, or water don't penetrate the fabric immediately and can simply be wiped away.
Should the quilted bench cushions become more heavily soiled (e.g., with ketchup, etc.), that's no problem either - the quilted bench cushions can be machine washed at 30°C (86°F) along with their filling.

The Covers Are Processed in This Way:

The covers are stitched closed and therefore are not removable
The quilting is firmly sewn
Tie loops at the back corners, if desired

Filling with Foam Flakes

The filling consists of foam flakes from our own production, which are captured in a thermo fleece cover. The foam flakes are obtained from cutting remnants of the upholstery production in a shredder. This results in virtually no foam waste, which benefits the environment.

The inlay can be removed from the cover, allowing the covers to be cleaned separately from the filling.

Dralon - Premium Outdoor Fabric

Thanks to its excellent properties, Dralon fabrics are used in many areas (indoors and outdoors, sportswear and workwear, fashion industry, baby and children's clothes, etc.).

Indoors, the fabric is used for blankets, furniture, upholstery and curtains, as well as carpets and table linen.

Outdoors, Dralon fabrics particularly show off their advantages. Brilliant colors, easy care, UV resistance and a pleasant feel comparable to cotton fabric. At the same time, Dralon fabric is very durable and long-lasting. Dralon® is well equipped against mold and bacterial attack.

The fabric exhibits the following properties:

Stain protection through Teflon coating (dirt and water repellent)
Does not shrink after washing

Despite the Teflon coating (stain protection), the Dralon fabric is breathable - in the upholstery area, this prevents sweating and in the sun protection area, it prevents the formation of condensation and therefore mold.

Care Instructions

Care for removable covers:

Remove the inner part and close the zipper
Wash the cover at 40°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
Do not bleach, please use commercial detergent
Soak heavily soiled items briefly
Put the covers back on immediately after washing while they are still damp - this way the pad retains its shape
Use dryer only at low temperature
Fabric can be ironed at 150°C

Care for quilted cushions:

Wash the pad at 30°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
Do not bleach, only use commercial detergent
Soak heavily soiled items briefly
Do not use a dryer

	Max. washing temperature - 40 °C. Only fill the washing machine halfway. Set to easy-care wash program. Do not spin or only spin briefly.
	Do not bleach. Only use bleach-free detergents (e.g., color detergent). Use stain removers with caution and only apply to concealed areas.
	Iron at medium setting. Maximum ironing temperature - 150 °C. Iron with a damp cloth or with steam. Avoid heavy pressing and distortions.
	No dry / chemical cleaning. Do not use solvents. Do not use solvent-based cleaners for stain removal.
	Gentle drying. Use dryer with caution. Set the appropriate program for gentle drying. Max. temperature 60 °C.
