Our Deep Seat Cushions for Your Lounge Furniture - Ultimate Comfort!

The filling of a deep seat back cushion with foam flakes core consists of:
- Cover made of thermofleece with sewn-in corners, 10 cm (3.94 inches) thick
- The fleece cover is filled plump or fluffy with foam flakes
- The core is about 20 cm (7.87 inches) thick in the center and approx. 10 cm (3.94 inches) thick at the corners

Our covers for deep seat back cushions are well prepared for everyday use thanks to the outdoor fabric "Dralon".
The fabric is dirt and water-repellent, and its Teflon coating provides protection against stains.
Who doesn't know it? The barbecue season starts, and liquids like beer, juices, or water are often spilled, dripping onto tablecloths or cushion pads. With the "Dralon" fabric we use, liquids do not penetrate the fabric immediately and can be easily wiped off.
Heavier soiling (like ketchup, etc.) is also no problem for our deep seat back cushions - the covers are removable due to the zippers and can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C (86°F).
Our covers are processed as follows:
- Zipper for removing the foam insert (for cleaning, etc.)
- The corners are sewn in, approximately 10 cm (3.94 inches), the thickness of the deep seat back cushion in the middle is about 20 cm (7.87 inches)
- Tie loops at the back corners, as desired
Filling with foam flakes for deep seat cushions:
This version of deep seat back cushions is generously or softly (as per preference) filled with foam flakes. The soft interior consists of foam flakes wrapped in a cover made of thermo-fleece. This makes our deep seat back cushions cozily soft, insulating, and very comfortable.
The foam flakes cushion can naturally be removed before washing.
Filling with Foam Flakes
The filling consists of foam flakes from our own production, which are captured in a thermo fleece cover. The foam flakes are obtained from cutting remnants of the upholstery production in a shredder. This results in virtually no foam waste, which benefits the environment.
The inlay can be removed from the cover, allowing the covers to be cleaned separately from the filling.

Dralon - Premium Outdoor Fabric

Indoors, the fabric is used for blankets, furniture, upholstery and curtains, as well as carpets and table linen.

Despite the Teflon coating (stain protection), the Dralon fabric is breathable - in the upholstery area, this prevents sweating and in the sun protection area, it prevents the formation of condensation and therefore mold.

Care Instructions
Care for removable covers:
- Remove the inner part and close the zipper
- Wash the cover at 40°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, please use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Put the covers back on immediately after washing while they are still damp - this way the pad retains its shape
- Use dryer only at low temperature
- Fabric can be ironed at 150°C
Care for quilted cushions:
- Wash the pad at 30°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, only use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Do not use a dryer
