Custom Seat Cushions
Our custom-made seat cushions can be used in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Thanks to custom manufacturing, they can be fitted to any seating furniture, such as garden chairs, benches, window sills, etc.
How to Determine Measurements for Custom Seat Cushions
Finding the right measurements for input into our configurator is quite easy.
The exact procedure is best taken from our measuring instructions. There, you can quickly and easily determine the correct dimensions for the proper configuration of the desired product.
Custom Seat Cushions with Exclusive Covers
The covers for these custom seat cushions are made exactly according to your specifications in a sharp-edged shape.
They are equipped with a zipper and are therefore removable.
The outdoor fabric Dralon is used for the cover, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The fabric is water and dirt repellent thanks to a Teflon coating (please do not confuse with waterproof).
The covers of the custom seat cushions are processed as follows:
- Concealed zipper for removing the foam insert (for cleaning, etc.)
- Center seam on the sides for the piping variant
- Fabric flap 2.5 cm (approximately 0.98 inches) wide (box-edge) on every edge for the box-edge variant
- Tie loops at the back corners if desired

The filling of the custom seat cushions is stable, comfortable, and very warm.

Dralon - Premium Outdoor Fabric
Thanks to its excellent properties, Dralon fabrics are used in many areas (indoors and outdoors, sportswear and workwear, fashion industry, baby and children's clothes, etc.).
Indoors, the fabric is used for blankets, furniture, upholstery and curtains, as well as carpets and table linen.
Outdoors, Dralon fabrics particularly show off their advantages. Brilliant colors, easy care, UV resistance and a pleasant feel comparable to cotton fabric. At the same time, Dralon fabric is very durable and long-lasting. Dralon® is well equipped against mold and bacterial attack.
The fabric exhibits the following properties:

- Resistant to abrasion and sweat

- UV resistant
- Stain protection through Teflon coating (dirt and water repellent)

The Dralon fabric has a high degree of color fastness. More information on light fastness can be found here
Despite the Teflon coating (stain protection), the Dralon fabric is breathable - in the upholstery area, this prevents sweating and in the sun protection area, it prevents the formation of condensation and therefore mold.

Care Instructions
Care for removable covers:
- Remove the inner part and close the zipper
- Wash the cover at 40°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, please use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Put the covers back on immediately after washing while they are still damp - this way the pad retains its shape
- Use dryer only at low temperature
- Fabric can be ironed at 150°C
Care for quilted cushions:
- Wash the pad at 30°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, only use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Do not use a dryer
