Custom-Made Outdoor Deep Seat Cushions
Our deep seat cushions are custom-made in Germany using high-quality and certified raw materials. With these cushions, you can equip any type of outdoor furniture - deep seat chairs, sofas, footstools, or even an entire lounge set.
Cover
The cover is made from an outdoor fabric called Dralon(c). This fabric is certified with the Ökotex Standard 100 and is water and dirt repellent thanks to a Teflon coating.
You can choose from nearly 50 different color options and patterns, including solid colors, checkered, or striped designs.
The covers can be easily removed with a concealed zipper and are machine washable at 40°C (104°F).
Filling
As befits high-quality outdoor cushions, the filling is sturdy, comfortable, and durable. This is achieved through a combination of a firm foam core with a quality rating of RG-35/40 and a wrapping of thermobonded nonwoven. The thickness of the cushions' filling can be varied between 4 and 20 cm (1.6 and 7.9 inches).
Custom Sizing
Our custom-sized deep seat cushions are exclusive and can enhance any outdoor furniture piece. Accurate measurements are essential! It's common to feel uneasy when ordering custom products - have I measured everything correctly, have I forgotten anything?
We have compiled measuring guides for all our products in our Info Center. We've tried to take into account all the customer questions we've collected over time, so that hopefully, no questions remain unanswered.

Dralon - Premium Outdoor Fabric
Thanks to its excellent properties, Dralon fabrics are used in many areas (indoors and outdoors, sportswear and workwear, fashion industry, baby and children's clothes, etc.).
Indoors, the fabric is used for blankets, furniture, upholstery and curtains, as well as carpets and table linen.
Outdoors, Dralon fabrics particularly show off their advantages. Brilliant colors, easy care, UV resistance and a pleasant feel comparable to cotton fabric. At the same time, Dralon fabric is very durable and long-lasting. Dralon® is well equipped against mold and bacterial attack.
The fabric exhibits the following properties:

- Stain protection through Teflon coating (dirt and water repellent)

The Dralon fabric has a high degree of color fastness. More information on light fastness can be found here
Despite the Teflon coating (stain protection), the Dralon fabric is breathable - in the upholstery area, this prevents sweating and in the sun protection area, it prevents the formation of condensation and therefore mold.

Care Instructions
Care for removable covers:
- Remove the inner part and close the zipper
- Wash the cover at 40°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, please use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Put the covers back on immediately after washing while they are still damp - this way the pad retains its shape
- Use dryer only at low temperature
- Fabric can be ironed at 150°C
Care for quilted cushions:
- Wash the pad at 30°C in the gentle cycle, without fabric softener in the washing machine
- Do not bleach, only use commercial detergent
- Soak heavily soiled items briefly
- Do not use a dryer
