What Sets Our Waterproof Pallet Cushions Apart

Our waterproof pallet cushions are designed to be left outside in any weather condition.
The water resistance is achieved through the following design and features:

Waterproof polyester fabric with laminated backing
Fine needlework which creates minimal holes in the fabric
Waterproof thread that swells upon contact with water, sealing the fabric holes
Zippers and air vents concealed by a waterproof fabric flap

With waterproof pallet cushions, there is an issue that we have solved quite well - even though the cover is waterproof, the cushion needs to be breathable. When sitting, the air should escape quickly from the cushion to prevent seam bursting and maintain a regular cushioned seating comfort level. Upon rising, the air should refill the cushion just as swiftly, allowing it to regain its original shape. Our waterproof pallet cushions come with air vents covered by a fabric flap, which prevents water from getting inside and does not compromise the cushion's appearance.

Waterproof Polyester Fabric - Versatile

Our waterproof polyester fabric is perfectly equipped for use in aggressive environments - snow, rain or blazing sun do not affect it.

The fabric has a waterproof lamination on the back, so no water can penetrate. The front side is impregnated with a water-repellent layer, so dirt cannot penetrate the fabric immediately.

The excellent light fastness protects the fabric from fading in the sun, the colors keep their intensity much longer than conventional fabrics.

The pleasant touch allows our fabrics to be used where products come into contact - upholstery in gastronomy, hotels or public facilities. You get very comfortable and pleasant cushions that can be left outside in any weather without any worries.
